LASO GreenLight was a product initiative focused on identifying and addressing a new market opportunity for our mental telehealth service. Partnering with Ben, our product manager, we conducted user interviews and surfaced a significant gap in mental health support for teenagers and college students. Through structured discovery and synthesis, we designed a service model and end-to-end sign-up experience that enables students to access virtual care, including the ability for parents to sponsor subscriptions on behalf of their child.

Utilizing the design system to reduce user's cognitive load. I swapped the below text information with colorful status bars to help a user swiftly distinguish what they’re looking at without having to stop and read.
Additional information such as payment failure reasons are modified with intuitive UI and can be found through hovering over a column, reducing text overload and cluttering.
Sensitive actions such as rejecting clients' applications are tucked away in a 2-click process in order to minimize human error for unintentional action.
